They don’t give two flying craps about you, they will keep you at the lowest pay possible for as long as you stay there. If you don’t speak up and fight for a raise or promotion they will forget about you and keep telling you that they are “working on it” for a bunch of people at the same time but will never do anything until you threaten to leave them for a different company. Their HR department doesn’t really care about your well being, they only care about keeping the people with money happy and the most senior employees can do whatever they want especially if you come in 1st shift and waste half your day talking to people. They ride the little guy into the dirt and make them sweat until they quit. Abusive management and extremely inappropriate meetings advising you to stay clear from HR because we “keep it in the family”.
There is always feces on the toilet seats and there is a constant flow of people quitting or straight up not showing up for work any longer without notice due to the terrible work conditions.
