      There is absolutely nothing positive about this company.

      The management plays so much politics that it is so hard to work there. There is so much favoritism from management towards a few people that they do not care about other people's opinion. Work is literally dumped at you every second and no appreciation once you have done a good job. Management keeps finding faults in everyone. There has been times the CEO was yelling at employees for the smallest mistakes they made. He has no respect for anyone who works there. It just shows in the way he talks. There is nothing to learn here as they are doing age old event management stuff. They are promoting future tech but nothing future tech about the office or they way people work there. Politics flows in every corner of this office. People just gossip all day instead of focusing on their job. The most important point is that there is no growth in the company. The MD's of the company have taken over all the departments. You can expect to work in the same position for years.

      Unfortunate that this review is full of hate towards a management and a company that believes in developing people. I took a stat from the HR department and it shows the company has a very low attrition rate. I wonder why so less people left with the company, if they thought the above claims were true ? I wonder why people didnt leave the company when during the initial days, salaries were delayed, due to cash crunch. I dont know why people didnt leave if they thought the management were a bunch of nonsense unprofessional and disrespectful towards its staff. I didnt even know why Trescon is known as the WORLDS FASTEST GROWING B2B EVENTS COMPANY , if the staff thought the management were deep into favoritism, finding faults, or did not care about other peoples opinion. I feel the above is a very biased opinion from a disgruntled ex employee. And this is totally a one sided opinion !!!
