Most every one that works here are good people that genuinely care. The owner hires you for a reason and empowers you to do your job. If you are not experienced in working for a small business this may be a new concept. It is not for everyone, if you are not self motivated and able to take initiative it can be tough. This not a big business where you are just a co gin a machine.
