Lovely team, all very sociable and kind--everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist those in need.

There was a lack of female employees; only 2 full time female employees while I was there.

The opportunity to contribute to a global issue that isn't getting enough attention.

I found that as an intern, some of the project managers in different departments didn't fully trust me to work autonomously (although I was fully capable), and I was given less relevant work than I could have handled. This experience is likely unique to interns, and I was in my third year of university, so I wouldn't consider my experience too relevant if applying for a full-time position.
