Impossible standards that change day to day. There is no consistency in the claims handling. There is zero training. They say there are no templates but then you are getting in trouble for not asking certain questions (specific to this company) and then you are told you have to use “macros” for everything which are templates. The audits have no consistency and aren’t based on actual claim handling. They word it as them just trying to make you into better adjusters but it’s truly awful and they make you feel like you did everything wrong. I also was not aware this was a religious organization. It was not advertised anywhere but only after being hired was it clear that it is a very strongly religious and traditional company. I’d like to be part of a team who values inclusivity and respects that people come from different backgrounds and religions.
