The job is not really strenuous.

Management expects too much out of a single person. They just got a new owner and things are changing big time. Mostly for the worse. I hate to see what happens in the next 2 years.

It's small so you know who most everybody is.

It's a sinking ship, work load is down and we don't know if we will have a job from one week to the next. Horrible benefits
