Rapidly growing company. Great location near the beach. Provides every employee with the opportunity for growth.

Slight growing pains due to such rapid growth. This is to be expected and management is quick to implement processes to sustain the growth.

-Friendly culture and energetic people -Hands off management -Aggressive, fast growing company - Whoever said we do not close for hurricanes etc is wrong. We DO close for any inclement weather, such as hurricanes or winter storms.

-Big separation between management and other employees -Hard to move up -Weak bonuses
