10yOur customers and technicians depend on the availability of our professional contact center employees to assist them with service problems and solutions. They are integral to our success. Because of that, attendance and reliability are essential. We are a national call center, which unfortunately means that poor weather in certain geographical areas can create challenges but fortunately that does not happen often. When it does, we proactively review scheduling and weather conditions to reduce any service related issues as well as ensure the safety and well-being of our employees. We are very fortunate that we are on the front line of technological advances that allows us to provide a best in class service.
