In my experience, there really aren’t any true cons to working at TRIdigital. Like any organization, there may always be a few individuals with negative experiences — often those who weren’t the right fit or unfortunately had to be let go. That’s a reality in any healthy business striving to maintain a strong culture. What I can personally say is that TRIdigital genuinely values its employees. Leadership is deeply invested in each team member’s growth, creativity is encouraged, trust is given freely, and success is celebrated. In my time here, I have only seen continued growth — for the company, the team, and for myself. Can you believe it's been 10 years since I started working at TRIdigital Marketing? It honestly feels like just yesterday, but at the same time, I can look back and see how much I’ve grown—both personally and professionally.
