This type of job, working directly with clients and customers, was so new for me. I came from a background with very little face-to-face work (both with customers, clients, co workers, etc) and this has stretched my abilities. I have learned so much about leadership, self development, sales strategies, etc. I am hopefully for a long career within the industry, but regardless some of the skills I have honed while working here will serve me for a long time.

I mentioned above being stretched for growth. It has been a process....and I have worked really hard. I put in a lot of time, so initially it will be long hours if you want to progress quickly. It can also get competitive, so this can be a high-intensity position.

Leadership uses guilt, peer pressure, and subtle bullying tactics to hit unrealistic targets. They’ll praise you publicly but privately criticize if numbers dip, creating a constant fear of being labeled “not a team player.” High turnover is obvious once you’re in, but they spin it as “people leveling up” or “not being a fit.” The “family” vibe is superficial; it’s all about squeezing performance out of you while directors protect their own bonuses. If you’re considering this, look at the Reddit threads calling out TriMkt (and its rebrand from Acquire) – the warnings are real. Save yourself the stress and find a company that values work-life balance and genuine support instead of manipulation disguised as motivation.
