They control the call quantity and quality of each sales rep, they skew it so that you can't make your sales quotas by slimming down the call volume the following month which determines your commission for the next month. It's a carrot you cannot catch. High salesperson turnover. Mandatory to work weekends. The Irvine office gets the high debt calls and the LA office gets the low debt calls. The LA office salespeople don't make enough to live off of. I was told while working there to leave a positive 5 star review on Glassdoor.
