This is the most horrible company I have ever worked for. Management is a disgrace. The company will shut down a few times out of the year and take your vacation. IF you don't have any vacation, then you go unpaid. Employee morale is so low. I worked in the offices, and all of the managers were friends and if you didn't belong in their clique, then you were just a little slave working until they fired you. The President is beyond laughable. He has no professionalism and treats employees like they are beneath him. I would never recommend this company TO ANYONE. Not future employees or potential business clients. I've noticed workers on the line not wearing gloves and even spitting in the soaps. DON'T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO TRI TECH LABS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
