Two Years Was Enough - Recensione dipendente - Support Contract Manager presso TriVium Systems

I am still stuck with this company as i have many reasons to be here. Even if the employee strength is less, employees working here are very friendly and help each other in office and even outside. It not only work but they also have many fun activities where all the employees come together and celebrate. Events helps the employees to strengthen their relationship with each other. Everyday is a new learning and you feel like you have contributed in some or the other way. I would recommend TriVium as a good place to grow in career and if anyone wants to make a difference then they can join this company.

I have not come across any major cons.

If you share a passion for Continuous Improvement your boss will be there for you. Else, he/she will be frustrated with you and it will show. When it will result in an action might feel delayed and so one (and others) might feel one can get away with it - but believe me you - it will happen even if late at times.

For a small company more than expected "false agreements".
