Work can sometimes be fast-paced, especially during busy days, but the team works together to manage the workload effectively.

The cons were genuinely so lengthy that pros couldn’t exist.

I didn’t realize I wasn’t being properly paid until about 2 or 3 months into the position. I was being underpaid each paycheck. HR blamed the payroll company and the payroll company blamed HR. The other owner often interrupted breaks and personal time to oversee tasks, making it difficult to maintain work-life balance. Overall, the management style contributed to high stress and limited employee autonomy.
