I had the unfortunate experience of working under a CEO who exhibited extreme disorganization and a complete lack of leadership skills. He frequently changed his direction and ideas, often every few seconds, making it nearly impossible to follow through on tasks. His inability to understand how to effectively run a company became glaringly obvious, and he consistently displayed rudeness toward clients and external auditors.
The most upsetting part of my time at the company was the treatment I received during a very personal and difficult period. Four days after my grandmother passed away, I was informed about a missed deadline. The CEO, fully aware of my situation, chose to send me an email late on a Friday night to inform me that I was being let go with no explanation, despite my bereavement. This completely unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy made an already painful situation much worse.
I would advise anyone considering working at this company to think carefully about the leadership and overall environment. It’s clear that the CEO has no understanding of how to manage people or operations, and the work culture is deeply flawed.
