The team is friendly and supervisors provide patient guidance for interns. I can systematically learn practical accounting skills, get hands-on experience with tax declaration and bookkeeping work, and the working atmosphere is relaxed and supportive. The company arranges clear training to help new interns quickly adapt to daily financial workflows.

Interns are mainly responsible for repetitive basic paperwork tasks with few chances to participate in complex accounting projects. The internship salary is relatively low, and there is little opportunity to get a full-time offer after the internship period ends.

As an intern, my experience at TA has been really great. The team has a friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment. Whenever I had questions, both my supervisor and coworkers were always willing to help and share valuable guidance. During my internship, I have had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and apply what I learned in school to real projects, like bookkeeping, processing payrolls, preparing tax returns... Overall, this has been a rewarding and valuable experience for my personal and professional growth.

Some tasks may be simple and repetitive at times, but I'm totally fine with that. I see them as an opportunity to build a strong foundation and improve my attention to detail.
