Client satisfaction is routinely prioritized over employee safety, including pressure to disregard established safety and behavioral protocols including letting clients come in with clear COVID symptoms and not testing. Union support is limited in practice. Filing complaints often leads to escalation without meaningful resolution, and union involvement appears to negatively impact opportunities for advancement.
