There is little to no onboarding or training from the hire date, you are very much left to fend for yourself and rely on existing employees for support rather than HR or leadership. The Cheif of Staff is extremely unprofessional and openly criticizes senior leadership to less senior staff. I do not know how she got into that position because it seems like there is no strategy or real leadership abilities there. The staff do not respect her, and it is evident.
