This company was the best company I have ever worked for. Such a great work culture and such kind people. I wish it paid enough to make it my career.

Split shift schedule...I understand that mid-day probably would not be popular for customers, but I'd prefer to work a straight 6-8 hour shift instead of it being split up during the day. Also, pay isn't great.

Great coworkers, great company spirit, rewarding job, loving owners, fun work environment, the door is open to advancement if you want it, the parents and kids love you and appreciate you.

The job is physically and mentally exhausting, the pay isn't great, if you don't ask for a raise you will never get one, and the gymnastics coaching staff is not very knowledgeable about the sport because most don't have experience in it, which is frustrating to see if you do know a lot about the sport.
