The lack of communication and team meetups has ruined this. - Could be quite flexible, especially with working from home and working around family

- Salary wasn't very competitive even though they claimed it to be - Complete lack of progression - Poor organisation and communication. Especially with an ever changing HR team. - Recent redundancies at the company have completely destroyed morale and created a lack of trust and confidence in Trident. Job security out the window - Wrong people are listened to for ideas, the people with knowledge are ignored - Management form cliques and pick their favourites, this has always been made abundantly clear.
