Growing company - Recensione dipendente - Inspector presso Trident Power Solutions

Micro managed from above. Vacation/sick leave plan not very good. Company match 401k percentage is low. A LOT OF BIG BROTHER-gps on trucks and UTV, cab facing cameras, etc. Growing company=constant turmoil. Lots of verbal promises when hiring on, changes when not to company advantage. No openness about raises or bonuses. Upper Management has no field experience and doesn't always support field personnel in their needs.
