The owner of the company is one of the most incredible women I've ever worked with. She's extraordinarily intelligent and has a heart of gold. Her husband, the VP, is one of the most intelligent and down to earth people I've ever worked with. They foster and care for their employees as though they are family. They are just as caring for each of their Federal contracts, and it shows in their annual ratings. Very dedicated to their clients.

It's a small company, so procedures and processes are sometimes nebulous and disjointed. As a small company, they are continuously attempting to grow, which can shift priorities in a flash. The team of proposal writers was very inexperienced and the lack of processes backed by proposal management systems created more work for those trying to manage the proposal systems. Still, the work atmosphere fostered a spirit of "let's do this for the family," which was everyone in the company.
