Trinisys is an amazing company, with an upbeat and dynamic culture. Super down to earth Leadership that is always positive and up beat and willing to help. This is a super giving company that has a fun team focused attitude and goes the extra mile with fun outings, lunches and drinks on Fridays. Super flexible scheduled with work from home capability and a management team who is understanding and realistic.

I would honestly say that the only real 'con' working at Trinisys is that the Leadership team allows you to have freedom and embraces individuals diversity. This for me has created a fun energetic work environment; I can see how this structure would not work for 'Debbie Downers', 'Party Poppers' and 'structure driven controllers' that enjoy being unhappy and like to focus on the negative
