All good ratings are AI generate and all frustrated and abused employees are writing like they are writers. Nothing I saw in my long term collaborations. I waited patiently giving them benefit of doubt for being a start-up but companies like this are actually just registered on paper....no employee record anywhere public....no office in India...two three partners or employees (bootlickers to one another with no sense of speaking a word) of same nature manage and boast about it.

No India Office. No financial security. Not employee first. No job security. Abusive & explotative culture (above all that). No benefits. No HR. No management. 1-2 people company. No employees. Not even a single penny or worth voucher offered in festivities. No bonuses. Politics comment and toxic work culture comment are 100% true. Don't join even if you don't have any other offers...you will get one, better one, 1 rupees lesser is far better than experience what the former employees did.

The biggest challenge I faced was the lack of structure and clarity from management. Tasks were often approved by one person and then rejected by someone else without discussion or explanation. This created a lot of confusion and made it extremely difficult to move projects forward. For example, even after receiving approval from Ali, I often faced sudden changes or complete reversals from Batul, with no opportunity to explain the work or reasoning. Follow-ups on submitted work frequently went unanswered for weeks, making it impossible to execute plans or show measurable results. Decisions were inconsistent, communication gaps were common, and internal alignment seemed to be missing across the team. Another consistent issue was sudden decisions and lack of job security. Employees often left or were let go within a short period because expectations were unclear and constantly shifting. This creates a stressful and uncertain environment for anyone trying to build long-term stability in their career. I would advise future candidates to not join this company at all.
