Workspace for employees is like a pen (houses for goat, pigs etc.) while management team has large workspace. Always working in crisis mode, slipping deadlines because of unplanned and unstructured work culture. Technically very incompetent team and can be gauged by the fact that they do not have a single project that they can claim to have completed and of course no business that they are able to do well
