The reviews do not reflect the high turnover. The majority of the employees is dissatisfied and wishes to leave the Company. One of the team has had 4 different Team Leaders in less than one year, Group Leaders only last a few months. If someone wants to grew in the Company or having their salary raised, the only possible way is to temporarily leave the Company and then apply for a different position as external employee. This is now the trend, apparently.
