You will not feel burned out. Yes, there is a KPI target you are expected to reach, however, the training and coaching is more than adequate for both experienced and rookie employees to succeed. You surely will have a quality life. Secondly, you can always feel the trust from your superior and coworkers. There is NO politics. The integrity level of the entire team is very very high. Finally, the compensation model is more than fair, actually very employee friendly. HR and business operations have complete SOPs for you to follow. You are working with a relatively young workforce here with Trip.Com U.S., therefore, don't be surprised to see many promotion opportunities. Above is my two cents.
