      I have been working for tripadvior as a sales exective for last 2 years. It is good place to learn as there are lots of smart colleagues around. The management emphasizes on moving fast as the business environment is rapidly changing.

      The company is global leader in travel industry, however the brand awareness is not so high in my country. Most people still don't know about tripadvisor yet.

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Svantaggi

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
