A fun group of people to work with, the culture is really good and there are fun events that are being organised. They are generous when it comes to gift giving for, for example, Christmass, Summer, Sinterklaas and such.

They grossly underpay people, and when trying to negotiate your salary there is 0 wiggle room. If you make a mistakes they are not afraid to tell you to your face that you are too expensive for the work you deliver, which brings moral to a all time low. The other downpart is that management doesn't seem to trust their employees to do the work correctly and there is a huge micromanagement culture. The management/director team is inexperienced and doesn't have the vision and strategy that is needed to build upon as a company. Which makes it difficult for normal employees to plan their own development when the company has no idea which way they are going for the next 5 years.
