Great company culture. Very open and friendly. People working there from all over the world. Various opportunities to work in different countries.

Could be a bit messy at times. Slightly disorganized. Especially regarding the implementation of a new IT system. Does not really bother the day-to-day work though! Only sometimes causes irritations.
