I work in the Product department, specifically on the Curriculum team, and its greatest strength is the people. The team consists of creative, highly professional individuals who foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The company prioritizes a healthy work environment, with a strong emphasis on rest and personal well-being. Despite being a large organization, TripleTen retains some of the greatest features of a startup, such as flexibility in people and processes and an iterative approach to work. When something isn’t working, the team analyzes the issue, adapts, and improves. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the end product. My voice is heard, and my contributions feel meaningful.

TripleTen is a developing company, and many processes, workflows, and teams are still being built from scratch. This can be exciting for those who enjoy dynamic environments but may be challenging for those who prefer stability and predictability. While the work itself was meaningful, the role lacked long-term stability, and organizational changes resulted in unexpected layoffs. There were also times when support and communication from higher management could have been stronger, particularly during periods of transition and uncertainty.
