I consider myself so lucky to have worked at Tripoint Search. Mary is such a pleasure to work with and she's a fantastic manager. She trained me in a comprehensive manner from day one, taking time to explain the reasons behind certain practices and letting me ask as many questions as I needed. She really takes the time to work with her employees AND candidates, which is why Tripoint is so successful. Mary is one of the most hardworking people I know. She's excellent at what she does and has carefully cultivated professional relationships while growing the firm. At the same time, she's also a genuinely nice person who is always encouraging.
