Lots of good people there. Truly build great relationships. opportunity to learn some great stuff. highly recommend to others if you're looking for a chilled environment and willing to work hard at the same time.

Negotiate your starting salary because it is hard to get more money even after you have been promoted or take on a higher title. Be prepared to take a lot of crap from the clients, as Tris3ct will bend over backwards to ensure client happiness, while this is not a con straight up, at some point you have to learn to say no to protect the creative integrity of the work.
