I came to Trissential because their outlook and attitude about the business and how they treat their emplolyees is much different from the usual large company posture. Trissential leadership really takes care of me. They want me to succeed because they know if I do they do. The pay is better than average.

I cannot think of any specific downside. You have to buy into the whole consulting thing where your assignments and work locations change. You have to be flexible. Health benefits are more costly than a large company purely due to the number of employees. In order to keep costs down I see subtle benefit erosion over time.
