No morals. Will take on staff with years of experience and fabulous at their jobs. They will allow them to put things in place or provide ideas until they realise they need to spend money to actually allow them to fulfil the role and then they powers that be no longer care. They have also taken on people with disabilities to try and show they are inclusive only to let them go within weeks with no help to improve the skills or performance. Lack of policies. They have no redundancy policy in place and seem to think they don't have to comply with employment laws. No consultations when making around 50 people redundant within the 90 day time frame. No meetings to discuss redundancies simply in a room then marched out of the building. Very vague reason on letters for redundancy to try and get away with not following the correct procedures! More interested in money then staff wellbeing. They couldn't care if staff are taking drugs on site or leaving trails of blood from nose bleeds all over for cleaners to deal with! Drugs are left around toilets but management do not care as long as targets are being met and they can funds the incredibly expensive cars and holidays they need to have. Staff are ran off their feet doing multiple roles as management get rid of staff if they challenge the incorrect procedures. Micro manage staff constantly despite advertising they do not do that. Belittle staff for doing the jobs they were taking on to do. Absolute joke of a company all round. If your face doesn't fit, you don't do drugs or you like to do a job correctly then you won't last with the cowboys there.
