The family that owns it is unaware of it's own failures. Cronyism at it's worst. Hire people without the proper work visas and can't figure out why they have issues. Cannot figure out how to get a good leader for North America. HR policies are unequally applied to the point of violating NY Labor Law. Feedback is poor and infrequent. You should just be able to magically ascertain what it is that Triumph Europe wants and what the management in North America want but be sure not to step on the upward mobility of the General Manager in case s/he wants to get promoted to Europe HQ.
