Literally everything else...Completely corporate run, meaning you are just a # to them. Your supervisors have no say in your compensation/ growth. They have reductions in force every year, and then immediately start rehiring. No one ever feels safe in their job, or respected as a human. Every year they remove more and more of the "good" parts of the company.
