I love that they have such a high safety rating. Friendly and professional staff. Very good training. When I went to take my test, The DMV stated, " Trobec's always has their people well prepared" Nights, weekends, and holidays off unless you want to work extra runs. Three different terminals makes it possible to work closer to your location. Good pay

My cons are in the nature of this business and not specific to the company: limited full time hours, and limited summer hours which can be taken as a pro as well.

One of my favorite things about working as an aide was the fact that I got to work with a bunch of amazing kids. Their ages ranged from preschool to high school.

The only thing that I didn't like about working at Trobecs were the hours. There weren't enough hours and they split into two shifts.
