As long as your client is happy, there is no 'mandate' about number of days in the office, or even strict working hours, so it works well for those with young children. Communication from the top could definitely be improved, and as the market improves and Troi grows again, hopefully this will happen. Loyalty could be rewarded further - Whilst retention hasn't been important over the last year of difficult times, it is important now to retain the best people to help with the re-growth. During the growth phase some big mistakes were made with hiring the wrong people.
