Paying a bunch of "board members" instead. Smells like a pump and dump to me. Creatives run budgets into the ground. No one stops them as they'll leave and never be replaced. Corporate culture? NONE. Lots of negative feedback as a fear tactic. Sycophants do well. Feel bad for Juniors who think working for good brands is worth the amoral behavior of the company.
