- The CEO Dylan Ifergane is, without exaggeration, one of the most vile people I have ever met. He is rude, childish, and completely out of touch with reality. Pay was constantly late, sometimes as long as 2 weeks. Oftentimes the only interaction he had with his employees consisted of degrading phone calls that offered no support or constructive criticism, only insults and screaming.
- The "Perks" offered on most job postings from Troublemakers never materialized. Free parking? Nope. Healthcare? No way. Company Dinners? Why would anyone wish to spend their precious time having dinner with the CEO?
- In all seriousness, this company is a terrible place. I watched upwards of 10 good people come and go due to the arrogance of Dylan Ifergane. Do not work here, it will not be worth the damage to your mental health.
