All that innovative technology cause alot of headaches, company expects you to carry so much extra equipment that will not fit in you vehicle, managers expect perfection when you have 3 installs a day ( which last 4 hours each usually), so 12 hour days with no breaks, and God help you if you are on call as well. Also many employees have a toxic disrespectful nature to them and also smear people behind their back. During meetings everyone is cordial and helpful, but when I was new had a helpdesk employee call me when I was on call, and me not saying anything but "Ok", she immediately started disrespecting me and saying "Does somebody want to QUIT now!!" after I volunteered to cover another tech on call shift. Like what the hell kind of stuff is that. Help desk gets away with too much bull, and being snarky to us and customers as well.
