They care about your overall goals as an individual. Great bonus programs for many types of positions. Great Christmas party! Good benefits. Great culture/work environment. Everyone is dedicated to doing a good job but yet is nice and helpful at the same time. Keep it up!

None that I can think of.

Weekly pay. Quiet atmosphere. Clean break room.

Inept/rude leadership. Very petty, they will monitor your restroom use & follow you around during your smoke breaks. They talk down to you for not being a 'robot'. Unrealistic production expectations are placed on their workers everyday. You are chastised for not being able to operate/edit after only being hired for a short amount of time.
