-You will need to work Saturdays, ( during the peak season) if the team doesn't hit the goals, but at the same time, you gain another day to sell, which will reflect your pay check! -The hours kind of suck, but that's when the customers are home, so you have a better chance of selling, which means bigger paycheck!
