Builds a very good product - usually.

Lack of meaningful management leadership, Virtually no training (product or sales), Very high prices to customers, cost over runs on jobs even though the job quotes are based upon company developed pricing; this of course acts to lower commission to the salesman), Commissions are never what you expect them to be, Jobs rarely get done on schedule or even in a timely manner, All earned commissions are kept by the company if you ever leave.
