True North has been a meaningful and motivating experience. While the agency operates in a fully remote environment, the culture remains collaborative. I have the privilege of working with a high-caliber team of designers, art directors, copywriters, editors, and strategists who are not only talented but also genuinely inspired to create impactful marketing campaigns across a diverse range of healthcare accounts. The senior leadership team is present and supportive, fostering a positive environment. It’s rewarding to develop creative, strategic solutions for our clients while feeling fully supported by a leadership team that cares about both the work and the people.

Some may prefer the energy of in-person collaboration and find that a fully remote environment isn’t a good fit for them. Benefits could be a bit more comprehensive.

I genuinely believe that True North is a great place to work. My coworkers are fantastic, and I’ve been fortunate to have great leaders who make the environment positive, plus the clients I get to work with are truly wonderful. While the work is definitely fast-paced, I appreciate that the leaders here strongly encourage well-being, family time, and taking the time off that I need. The overall mission and the goals set by the organization and our clients are exciting and inspiring, and I really couldn't recommend this company more highly.

While it’s true that I feel the agency world is fast-paced and there is a lot to do, I find myself with very few, if any, cons to mention about True North. Any perceived challenge is mitigated by the team that supports you everyday. I know I can rely on my colleagues, and our leaders provide strong guidance and support, ensuring we can tackle our responsibilities effectively.
