Hundreds of legacy systems cobbled together with no documentation make any system work painful and uncertain. IT was largely outsourced to India and those who remain are bitter and not collaborative, making driving change slow and at times impossible. Staff is being squeezed so private equity can lower their cost on a balance sheet and abandon this tire fire.
