- startup with some brilliant minds who work very hard and get stuff done - humble culture and super friendly, helpful - ideas are welcome (like for real) - exciting moonshot projects

- work hours cover US and Asia time zones

Compensation is on the high end of normal. Nothing incredible.

Employees are often forced into uncomfortable and unprofessional situations- i.e. being pressured to tell a “NSFW story” by the founders as part of onboarding. Senior management can be threatening. Company has attempted to avoid honoring contractual commitments. Apart from that, product is not exciting and PMF is not evident.
