We don’t take feedback like this lightly - the issues you have highlighted are important, and we’ll be looking into them internally to see what we can do to improve things. Fairness, open communication, and compassion are principles we actively strive to apply across all of our people processes, and it’s clear that somewhere along the line, we’ve fallen short.
