In 2015, the company was fairly new and we did not offer a monthly guarantee for any sales positions but rather paid on 100% commission for sales made. This particular person felt that selling was a major part of being a Salesman, so needless to say he didn't do very well on commissions. Now, we offer a competitive guarantee with a sliding scale of commissions options and our highest paid Salesman makes well over $100,000 a year. You can make as much money as you want, but you have to go earn it!

I have never had a work environment this casual and informal. The people I work with are the same people that I can ask to help me move or grab a beer. The daily challenges for FIFA or fooseball champion status help keep everybody sane. We get to play hard, but not until after we have earned it.
